Hawkins Suites (Calle Santísimo 2) has 7 apartments next to Plaza Alta, in the historic centre. Hawkins Costa (Calle Joaquín Costa 5) has 9 apartments on a fully pedestrian street, about 100 metres away. Both are roughly 15-20 minutes' walk from the ferry terminal.
Kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen and pet policy vary from apartment to apartment; none of them is guaranteed across the full inventory. Always read the specific listing of the unit you are interested in. None of the 16 apartments has private parking.
